Garrosh Hellscream was an orcwarrior and the former Warchief of the Horde, ruling through the Cataclysm and the reappearance of Pandaria. Before his father drank the blood of Mannoroth, Garrosh was among several orcs who had become ill with the red pox; they had been quarantined far away in Nagrand, allowing them to escape the demonic corruption as one of the Maghar.
