Overview
The dragonflights are the great draconic societies of Azeroth. Five primary flights were entrusted with the guardianship of life, nature, magic, time, and earth. Each is led by an Aspect. Other flights arose through corruption, magical experimentation, or transformation from the primary flights and do not share that original charge. Vyranoth, the Aspect of Storms, brings a former Primal perspective into the modern assembly without changing the five primary flights’ original charge.
The five primary flights are the Red Dragonflight, Green Dragonflight, Blue Dragonflight, Bronze Dragonflight, and Black Dragonflight. The established derived flights are the Chromatic Dragonflight, Infinite Dragonflight, Netherwing Dragonflight, Nightmare Dragonflight, and Twilight Dragonflight.
The Primal Incarnates are not a dragonflight. They are a separate draconic power bloc whose rejection of the Aspects and Titan influence makes them a comparable force in draconic history.
