Scourge

Canon Overview

The Scourge is the undead army created and commanded by the Lich King. It devastated Lordaeron during the Third War and remained one of Azeroth’s defining existential threats.

Known Connections

• Mourgrim - surrendered to the Scourge and was raised by Arthas.
• Varell - killed, raised, and dominated as the Black Confessor before later remaining in that identity by choice after the Lich King’s fall.
