Overview
For exceptional dwarven practitioners, Stoneform, Avatar, and Azerite Avatar are successive stages of a single inherited titan-forged transformation pathway: flesh to stone, stone to metal, and metal to crystalline Azerite. Stoneform is an ancestral discipline rather than an identical automatic capacity shared by every dwarf. Avatar is its rarer metallic extension.
Aibhinger’s advanced Avatar discipline interacts unusually strongly with the Heart of Azeroth and the heritage-armor ritual involving Magni’s transformation crystal. His Azerite Avatar doubles his height and makes him far denser, broader, and more powerful, but it is expensive and temporary. Extreme overextension while its sustaining energy is unstable can make reversion fail, leaving a user permanently static and crystalline, as happened to Aurik in another timeline.
