Canon Overview
The Perenolde name is tied to Alterac’s royal and noble history, especially Aiden Perenolde and the kingdom’s betrayal during the Second War.
Overview
House Perenolde survives most visibly through Redyn, the last known living member of the bloodline. His claim to Alterac is genuine but remote, far removed from Aiden Perenolde’s direct line. The Syndicate discovered him as an infant, murdered his non-loyalist parents when they would not cooperate, and shaped him as Peregrine: an assassin, claimant, and instrument of restoration rather than an independent monarch. After his defection, Ravenholdt creates the Redyn Brown cover identity that lets him begin reclaiming his life outside the Syndicate’s program.
