Overview
The War of the Scaleborn was the ancient conflict between the dragonflights and the forces that rejected their Titan-granted order. It unfolded during the early history of the Dragon Isles and included the destruction of the Oathbinder, Neltharion’s first use of Old God power to imprison Raszageth, and the confinement of the dracthyr in the Forbidden Reach creches.
During this transitional period, Adamanthia awakened selected dracthyr and attempted to restore Neltharion’s control over them. Vathor and the alternate Vathor who became Infinis escaped during that period in their respective temporal branches.
