Overview

Iruuk is a male Exodari draenei shaman of the Alliance who calls upon elemental power. The opening of the Dark Portal gives him the chance to walk the world from which his people came, not as a memory carried aboard the Exodar but as a land scarred by the wars that followed their departure.

Outland

During the Outland Campaign, Iruuk travels through Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh, Terokkar, Nagrand, and other regions of Draenor. Its draenei ruins, old alliances, and damaged landscapes give the campaign a personal weight that it does not have for most Alliance soldiers. In Shattrath, he aligns with the Aldor, whose draenei and naaru connections fit his spiritual outlook even though he is neither priest nor vindicator.

His service carries him through the ordinary hardships of the Outland war as well as the larger conflicts around Shattrath. He enters the shattered world independently, but his work for the Alliance and his ties to the Aldor place him among the many defenders who eventually gather against Illidan, the Legion, and their allies.
