Canon Overview
The Argent Tournament was the grand martial and political gathering held by the Argent Crusade in Icecrown during the war against the Lich King. Its faction champions represented their cities, peoples, orders, and delegations through the tournament’s representative, valiant, and champion pathway. The roster below records the principal champion roles in this continuity; these representatives do not replace the Tournament’s other participants in-world.

Only the Church of the Holy Light priest role remains open on the Alliance side. Varell would suit it thematically but cannot participate within his Wrath-era chronology.

The open Shadow Priest role should favor either a classic Forsaken pre-Void priest or a troll witch doctor or shadow caster. Praedys cannot fill it: during Wrath he was neither an established pre-Legion Shadow Priest nor able to practice the Void openly in Silvermoon. Korguk is ineligible because he belongs to the alternate Shadowmoon timeline. Aestian is also excluded to avoid further Blood Elf concentration beside Caldyris.

- Ani’dael - Silver Covenant representative in the Alyssia Moonstalker role.
- Cairden - Alliance paladin champion in the Baelnor Lightbearer role.
- Redyn - Stormwind representative through an SI:7 loan to the city’s delegation.
- Fittz and Itsi - Gnomeregan’s mage champions; Fittz entered only after securing Itsi’s participation, and their joint success helped Itsi recognize her own field capability.

- Define the future Alliance priest champion without placing Varell outside his established chronology.
- Define the three remaining Horde representatives while avoiding unnecessary additional Blood Elf champions.
