Tower of Wrath

The Tower of Wrath is one of the twenty Towers comprising the Black Guard of Naggarond’s barracks. Caldyris holds a senior position within it, serving below the Tower Master after nearly 170 years in Malekith’s service.

For the invasion of Ulthuan, the Tower’s superiors negotiate with the Dark Convent for Lynara’s attachment to his squad. Caldyris and Lynara take no part in the negotiations. The resulting arrangement places her magical expertise within his operational command while preserving her standing and obligations in the Convent.

Notes

The Tower of Wrath is original to this continuity, following the naming convention of the canonical Tower of Grief. The twenty-Tower organization is inherited WHFB lore.

The Tower Master, Caldyris’s precise rank, and the agreement’s terms remain unresolved. Caldyris is not the Tower Master, and membership among that officer’s immediate subordinates has not been established.
