Order of the Griffon

The Order of the Griffon stands within the Imperial resistance to the northern Chaos invasion. At Grimmenhagen in Nordland, Viktor Riese, a Knight of the Blazing Sun, commands the settlement’s defense.

Jarcey arrives from Altdorf under orders to reinforce Riese. Drasol is dispatched by the Bright Order to provide magical expertise. Cairden, already ministering to the settlement’s Sigmarite community, and Redyn, independently investigating heretics in the region, voluntarily attach themselves to the Griffon’s operations as the crisis develops.

The two religious men recognize battlefield command while retaining their wider duties and authority. Their service with the Griffon can end at their own decision, subject to the responsibilities of their respective vocations.

The four men’s cooperation does not establish a permanent squad, a commander for the quartet, or a fixed sequence of shared operations.
