Overview
Morrivar Company is a formal Alliance military organization founded after the war against the Burning Legion. It functions as an operational fighting force under Cairden’s authority and, for many of its members, as a fraternal order built around hard-won trust rather than shared origin.
Membership does not normally require abandoning older loyalties, orders, or professional ties. The central incompatibility is open hostility toward the Alliance or toward the Company’s mission. By the period around Midnight, the Company remains formally Alliance-aligned and answers to the Alliance through Cairden, but it operates across softened faction lines.
Emberwake is a standing dracthyr unit formally incorporated into Morrivar Company. Its incorporation does not make its members property or subjects of the Company. Vathor brings the unit into the Company and supports it at a senior level, while Vandryk retains real operational command.
